Notice is hereby given that starting September 1, 2022, the Honorable Susan D. Barrett will return to holding in-person hearings in the Augusta and Dublin Divisions. You shall abide by CDC social distancing guidelines and the Court's COVID-19 prevention measures when attending an in-person hearing. Masks are not required at this time; however, they will be allowed.

Hearings that are set on Judge Barrett's Statesboro calendars will continue to be held telephonically until further notice.
