US Trustee Program Virtual § 341 Meetings via ZOOM

The U.S. Trustee Program is implementing virtual § 341 meetings of creditors (via ZOOM) in Chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases nationwide.  Virtual § 341 meetings of creditors in the Southern District of Georgia will begin with § 341 meetings held on or after October 4, 2023. The Notice of Bankruptcy Case, Meeting of Creditors, and Deadlines will contain the ZOOM meeting information for each case.
