US Trustee Program Virtual § 341 Meetings via ZOOM

The U.S. Trustee Program is implementing virtual § 341 meetings of creditors (via ZOOM) in Chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases nationwide.  Virtual § 341 meetings of creditors in the Southern District of Georgia began with § 341 meetings held on or after October 4, 2023. The Notice of Bankruptcy Case, Meeting of Creditors, and Deadlines contains the ZOOM meeting information for each case. Tax Returns and ID Required Prior to 341 Meeting

Please be advised that at least seven (7) days prior to the 341 meeting, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 debtors must provide the trustee with a photocopy of (1) the most recently filed federal income tax return or a transcript thereof; (2) government-issued photo ID; and (3) evidence of Social Security Number. Contact the trustee to obtain instructions for submitting these materials.
