The United States Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance for the countries listed below due to inadequate transportation options or service disruptions within the country. As a result, beginning March 9, 2026, the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) will not mail notices to recipient addresses that include the countries identified on the list below; those notices will be bypassed.
