In September 2022, the Judicial Conference approved an increase to the maximum per page original and copy transcript fee rates aimed at keeping pace with inflation. This will result in an approximate increase of 10 percent in each of the fiscal years 2024 and 2025. Accordingly, effective October 1, 2024, respectively, for all transcripts ordered on or after this date, the price for transcripts will increase as set forth on the attached chart entitled "Notice of Judicial Conference Maximum Transcript Fee Rates."
