On January 1, 2027, a temporary increase in fees for electronic access to court records will take effect.

The Electronic Public Access (EPA) fee increase from $0.10 to $0.12 per page for access to court records through PACER was approved by the Executive Committee on behalf of the Judicial Conference. In addition, the automatic exemption for PACER fees will be raised from $30 to $40 per quarter.

The fee increase will remain in place for a five-year period.
