After October 17, 2025, due to a lapse in funding, payments for unclaimed funds, reimbursements, and refunds will be delayed until a continuing resolution or appropriations bill is passed by Congress. The Court will be operating at a reduced staffing level but will continue to fulfill its constitutional duty of processing cases and holding hearings. CM/ECF, PACER, and McVCIS will continue to be available for online filing and access to case information.
