Version 3.1 Attorney Training Materials. The Bankruptcy Court
will convert to CM/ECF Version 3.1 on Tuesday, October 10, 2006.
Attorneys should review these traiining materials and contact their
bankruptcy petition software providers in advance of this date.

There are several form amendments
and new forms pending approval by the Judicial Conference to implement
the statistical reporting requirements of the BAPCPA of 2005. The
seven amended (1, 5, 6, 9, 22A, 22C and 23) and one new official
form (1, Exhibit D) will take effect on October 1, 2006. As a reminder,
AO Director's Procedural Forms B240, B271 and B281 have been amended
and Form B202 is new. These amendments and new forms took effect
on August 1, 2006. Please refer to bankruptcy court's website under
FORMS or the judiciary's website at www.uscourts.gov/bankform/index.html,
under Bankruptcy Forms Pending Final Action, for more information.
